Please people help me! I want a program that i can use to colour my drawings and edit them to look like a real anime type of drawing! just tell me the program's name and where to get it from. e.g. a link to download the program or a place to buy the program from.

Hey to whoever is reading this i made up a manga called Wings. It is about angels and devils (they both have wings the devils black wings angels white)but i still didnt think of the main angel characters story so i was hoping that someone could help me out and the only other person i made up except the main character is called moon he is an angel with wings more circular than the other angels and thats why they called hime moon (because hes wings looked like a moon) so plz give me more ideas for my manga! thnks ^ ^
